This 14-passenger G550 features a three-zone cabin, a forward crew rest, forward and aft lavatories, and an aft in-flight accessible baggage compartment. Cabin seating consists of a forward cabin 4-place club, a mid-cabin left-hand 4-place conference group opposite a credenza, and an aft cabin left-hand 2-place club opposite a 4-place berthing divan.
Each main cabin single seat features various adjustments, electric lumbar, berthing capability, and a pull-out footrest. The conference group double seats have various adjustments and drop-down inboard and center armrests. The forward cabin’s right-hand forward-facing seat and the aft cabin’s aft divan seat are designated VIP seats. The 4-place aft cabin divan has removable armrests and berthing capability.
Closets and storage compartments are found throughout the interior. The vestibule features a cockpit-vestibule hinged door, there is a forward cabin bulkhead with a hinged door dividing the galley and forward cabin, mid-cabin removable bulkheads with a removable curtain provide privacy between the mid and aft cabins, and the aft lavatory has a hinged door. Stowing console tables are located between the cabin club single seats and at the crew rest seat, and the conference group features an adjustable pedestal table. The mid-cabin credenza contains the main audio/video source equipment, a Wi-Fi capable printer, and multiple storage compartments. The cabin features electric window shades and a dual 60 Hz converter cabin power system with multiple 115V/60Hz outlets.
A left-hand crew rest contains a single berthing seat with pull-out footrest, console table, 7” plug-in LCD side ledge monitor, privacy switch, and a hinged privacy door.
The cabin management system consists of multiple cabin switch panels, including forward and aft cabin VIP panels. Entertainment equipment includes: a cabin speaker audio system, a forward right-hand bulkhead 20” monitor, a 17” credenza monitor, an aft right-hand bulkhead 17” monitor, seven (7) 7” plug-in monitors, two (2) dual DVD players, a CD player, and an RCA-style audio/video input panel. Airshow® 4000 and an external color camera system with three (3) cameras are provided for passenger and crew convenience.
Honeywell MCS-7000 Inmarsat and TrueNorth Iridium® satellite communication systems offer satellite voice calling. The TrueNorth system offers VoIP calling via the cockpit wired handset, the forward cabin VIP seat’s Stylus™ wired handset, and via the Satcom Direct MyStylus App that can be downloaded on a compatible smart phone. Internet access is available through Broad Band Multi-Link (BBML) 3.0 Ku-band satellite high-speed data via a Satcom Direct Router (SDR®), Ethernet, and Wi-Fi. The TrueNorth system also serves as an integrated back-up for the SDR® and vice-versa; thus, providing satellite voice system and Wi-Fi redundancy.
The cabin woodwork is finished in “F/C Fig Cherry” veneer, the exposed decorative hardware is plated in “Black Pearl Satin – Brushed”, and “Baynton Grid” wool carpeting is installed from the vestibule through the aft lavatory. The cabin headliner and PSU panels are covered in “Milkweed” Ultraleather™, the window panels are finished in “Ivory” fabric, and the lower sidewalls are covered in “Natural Tan” leather. The forward cabin, aft cabin, and crew communication area seats are covered in “Oasis Sand” leather, while the mid-cabin double seats and both lavatory seats are finished in “Natural Tan” leather. The divan is covered in “Brunswick Acorn” fabric. The galley and aft lavatory countertops are finished in “Bethany” Corian®.
The forward galley features a high temperature oven, a microwave, dual coffee makers, a thermo-electric cooled food storage unit, dual ice drawers, sink and faucet with hot and cold water, dedicated china, cutlery and crystal storage, a waste container, and various miscellaneous storage.
The forward lavatory features a vacuum toilet and a fold-down sink with faucet, and the aft lavatory has a vacuum toilet opposite a mirrored vanity with sink and faucet, and miscellaneous storage.
An in-flight accessible baggage compartment is located behind the aft lavatory.
Last painted in January 2016 by Gulfstream – Savannah, GA, the exterior is painted in overall “Matterhorn White” with “Gloss Blue”, “Medium Gray”, and “Kingston Gray” stripes.
