This 12-passenger G550 features a 3-zone cabin, forward and aft lavatories, a forward right-hand crew rest area, and an aft in-flight accessible baggage compartment. Cabin seating consists of a forward cabin 4-place club, a mid-cabin left-hand 2-place club opposite a 4-place divan, and an aft-cabin left-hand 2-place club opposite a credenza.
Each main cabin single seat features various adjustments, including berthing capability, electric lumbar, and a manual leg rest. The crew rest seat has berthing capability and a pullout foot rest. The conference group double seats have various adjustments and drop-down inboard and center armrests, and the cabin divan features berthing capability.
Closets and storage compartments are found throughout the interior. The forward lavatory hinged door serves to divide the vestibule and forward cabin, as well as provide privacy for the forward lavatory when occupied. There are two sets of mid-cabin removable curtains that provide customizable privacy between the forward, mid, and aft cabins. The galley features a stowing curtain, and the aft lavatory has a hinged door. Stowing console tables are located at each cabin club seating section and at the crew rest area seat. The credenza contains a wireless printer/fax machine, multiple storage compartments, and a wine bottle chiller cabinet. The cabin features electric window shades and a dual converter cabin power system with multiple 115V/60Hz outlets, including dual cockpit outlets.
The forward right-hand crew rest area features a single seat with berthing capability, a pullout foot rest, a plug-in LCD monitor receptacle, and a wooden hinged door.
The Rockwell Collins Cabin Management System (CMS), incorporating a Gulfstream Audio/Video Distribution system, consists of multiple cabin switch panels, including forward and aft cabin VIP panels and a galley 8.4” touchscreen control panel. Entertainment equipment includes: a cabin speaker audio system, a forward right-hand bulkhead 24” LCD monitor, a credenza 19” LCD monitor, eight (8) single seat armrest 9” Rosen LCD widescreen monitors, a 9” Rosen LCD widescreen crew rest seat plug-in monitor, two (2) Blu-ray players, and various audio/video inputs including an iPod input. Airshow® 4000 and an external color camera system with three (3) cameras (top, forward and aft-facing views) are provided for passenger and crew convenience. The main audio/video source equipment is located in the forward galley upper compartment.
Honeywell HD-710 Inmarsat and Aircell Axxess® II Iridium® satcom systems offer satellite voice calling with multiple wireless heandsets and cockpit and galley Aircell handsets. SwiftBroadband® satellite data is available via Wi-Fi for internet access.
The cabin woodwork is finished in “Frape Mahogany” gloss veneer, the exposed decorative hardware is plated in “Satin Blush White Gold”, the galley and aft lavatory countertops are finished in “Aurora” Corian®. “Phantom Grid” wool carpeting is installed from the vestibule through the cabin, and in the aft lavatory, and the galley features “Sandstone” Lonseal vinyl flooring. The cabin headliner and PSU panels are covered in “Milkweed” Ultraleather®, the window panels are finished in “Soho-Alabaster” fabric, and the lower sidewalls are covered in “Shrunken Buffalo-Bark” leather. The cabin single and double seats are covered in “Alabaster” leather, and the divan is finished in “Endure-Essence” fabric.
The aft galley and galley annex feature a high temperature oven, a microwave, dual coffee makers, a thermo-electric cooled food storage unit, dual divided ice drawers, a pullout work surface, a sink and faucet with hot and cold water, dedicated china, cutlery and crystal storage, and various miscellaneous storage. Additionally, there is a forward left-hand crew refreshment center with a hot liquid dispenser, drip tray, ice/cold beverage drawer with drain, and general storage.
The forward lavatory features a vacuum toilet and a fold-down sink with faucet, and the aft lavatory has a vacuum toilet opposite a mirrored vanity with sink and faucet, and miscellaneous storage.
An in-flight accessible baggage compartment is located behind the aft lavatory.
The exterior is painted in overall “Matterhorn White” with “Blue” and “Red” stripes.
