My journey in the aviation industry began with a childhood dream, fueled by family adventures across the 48 contiguous states in our camper. Those travels sparked a passion for exploration and connection, which I channeled into a role as a flight attendant on commuter planes in my early twenties. The fast-paced environment, diverse interactions, and breathtaking views from the sky solidified my love for aviation.

I joined Mesinger Jet Sales in 2003, bringing with me a robust background in real estate as a licensed Realtor, along with extensive experience in office management and customer service. Over the years, I honed my ability to manage client relationships, coordinate project transactions, and drive marketing initiatives. As a self-described “people person,” I thrive on building strong connections with clients and colleagues in the intimate, dynamic environment of our exceptional brokerage firm.

As Director of Operations, I oversee the operational framework of Mesinger Jet Sales, ensuring seamless execution of our brokerage processes. I foster a collaborative culture while guiding all aspects of operations, from strategic planning to daily execution. My responsibilities include streamlining office workflows, managing transactions from new listings through closing, and ensuring accuracy in aircraft specifications. I coordinate critical tasks such as title searches, inspection tracking, and maintenance updates. On the marketing front, I lead strategies that include advertising placements in aviation publications, major websites, and multiple-listing services, while driving innovative online campaigns tailored to our clients’ needs. I also maintain and update our listings on jetsales.com and other platforms, keeping our brand at the forefront of the industry. Beyond these duties, I nurture our office culture, ensuring our furry team members – our office dogs – are happy, healthy, and well-cared-for with walks, treats, playtime, and plenty of positive attention.

Outside of work, I immerse myself in my home state’s natural beauty through hiking, biking, and kayaking, often joined by my fiancé, Stephen, and our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, Carter, whose boundless zest fuels our adventures. These moments in nature spark a sense of joy and clarity, recharging my energy and soul to bring enthusiasm and perspective to my work and personal life.
